A Local Guide to Dining and Art in the Bayshore Arts District in Naples

A morning at Naples Botanical Garden, a stop in a working art gallery, and a meal along Bayshore Drive make a useful introduction to East Naples. The Bayshore Arts District brings those experiences into the same corridor, with different options for a garden visit, a casual waterfront outing, or a seated dinner.
For someone considering a home in Naples, the useful question is which places would become part of your regular week. Here is how to fit them into a half-day plan.
Quick answer: what is the Bayshore Arts District?
- Where: Bayshore Drive from US 41 south to beyond Naples Botanical Garden, plus the surrounding streets, per the district organization.
- The morning anchor: Naples Botanical Garden, 4820 Bayshore Drive, with Fogg Café inside.
- Art: TWiST Gallery, 3570 Bayshore Drive, #103, with studios, classes and a free First Friday each month.
- Casual waterfront: Celebration Park's food trucks at 2880 Becca Avenue, reopening October 1, 2026 after a September renovation.
- Seated dining: Rebecca's (2955 Bayshore Drive) and The Real Macaw (3275 Bayshore Drive).
Celebration Park's operator advertises a reopening block party on October 1, 2026, from 4 to 9 p.m., after being closed throughout September for renovations. Check the official event calendar for everyday hours before you go.
Where Bayshore is, and how to plan the corridor
Use Bayshore Drive as your organizing road. The named destinations have different entrances and addresses: Celebration Park uses Becca Avenue, while the garden, gallery and restaurants have Bayshore Drive addresses. Enter the actual venue address in your map rather than simply searching for the district.
Running from US 41 south, the stops in this guide fall in this order:
- US 41 (Tamiami Trail East)The northern end of the district.
- Celebration Park, 2880 Becca AvenueFood trucks and waterfront seating on Haldeman Creek, a short turn off Bayshore. Boat access at Marker 24.
- Rebecca's, 2955 Bayshore DriveRestaurant and wine shop; Three60 Wine now lives inside it.
- The Real Macaw, 3275 Bayshore DriveAn evening reservation: Bamboo Bar from 4 p.m., dining room and patio from 5 p.m.
- TWiST Gallery, 3570 Bayshore Drive, #103Gallery, working studios and classes. Monday and Tuesday by appointment.
- Naples Botanical Garden and Fogg Café, 4820 Bayshore DriveThe morning anchor. From October 1, open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
For a first visit, choose two or three destinations and check the route between them. Assess sidewalks, crossings, shade, weather and your group’s needs before committing to walking every leg.
Bayshore also has a public redevelopment history. Collier County’s Economic Development Office notes that the county created its Community Redevelopment Agency in 2000 to support revitalization in the Bayshore Gateway Triangle area. That helps explain the area’s planning context, but it does not establish what any individual property will be worth.
For another waterfront outing, see our Tin City and Naples Bayfront guide. Use that as a separate destination plan rather than assuming its shops and tour departures are part of Bayshore.

Naples Botanical Garden and Fogg Café: the morning anchor
Naples Botanical Garden’s visitor page lists its address as 4820 Bayshore Drive and announces public hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily beginning October 1 (8 a.m. for members), after summer hours of 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The same page listed adult admission at $27, with children 17 and under free, as of September 30, 2026. Its cultivated gardens and buildings have accessible paths, wheelchairs are available at no charge and scooters for a daily fee; visitors with mobility needs should review the full accessibility information before selecting a route.
Make the garden your main morning activity, with time for breaks and flexibility for the weather. Our Naples Botanical Garden guide goes into the garden itself in more detail.
Fogg Café is inside the visitor center, open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily with breakfast served from 9 to 11 a.m. and a seasonal menu; the published fall and winter 2026–27 menu includes espresso drinks and breakfast dishes. The Garden’s FAQ confirms that café access requires membership or garden admission, so budget for both admission and food.
TWiST Gallery: turn browsing into a recurring activity
TWiST Gallery at 3570 Bayshore Drive, #103 combines exhibited art, working artist studios, classes and community events. Its published hours are Wednesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday and Tuesday are by appointment.
Check regular opening hours for a first look. For a participatory reason to return, browse the class listings and register for something that interests you.
The district’s First Friday and Second Saturday page describes a free monthly arts celebration held at TWiST. It lists the next events as October 2, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m., and October 10 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with November 6 and November 14 to follow.
Use the live calendar for the date and participating venues. A daytime half-day visit will not overlap with an evening First Friday event.
Celebration Park: waterfront food, with a current-status check
Celebration Park lists its land entrance at 2880 Becca Avenue and boat access on Haldeman Creek at Marker 24. The operator describes food trucks, drinks, waterfront seating and live music. Its arrival information also lists free on-site parking and a pet-friendly policy.
Choose it for a casual meal. Check the food-truck lineup before promising a particular dish, and the event schedule if music is central to the outing.
For an October visit, verify that reopening has occurred and confirm normal service hours. An announced reopening party is a specific event, not proof of the venue’s future everyday timetable.
The practical distinction is access to the water. Celebration Park’s published directions identify creek-side dock access; a visitor should not interpret “waterfront” as a Gulf beach location or a beach-swimming stop. For that, see our Naples public beaches guide.
Rebecca’s and The Real Macaw: choose the right meal service
Rebecca’s is at 2955 Bayshore Drive and incorporates the Three60 Wine shop. Its operator specifically notes that Three60 Wine moved from Three60 Market across the street into Rebecca’s. That matters if you are following an older article with a different wine-shopping destination. Its About page lists service Tuesday through Sunday and closed Mondays.
The restaurant publishes separate breakfast, lunch, dinner and other menus. Match your reservation to the service you want. A venue’s general opening hours do not necessarily mean every menu is available throughout the day.
The Real Macaw at 3275 Bayshore Drive offers a casual Bamboo Bar and a separate dining room and patio, with French-Caribbean cooking. On September 30, 2026 its website listed Tuesday through Saturday service, with the bar opening at 4 p.m. and dining from 5 p.m., and Sundays added from October 4.
Choose The Real Macaw for a planned dinner, checking current hours and seating when reserving. It should not be the lunch anchor of the morning itinerary below.
A realistic half-day Bayshore itinerary
The following is a suggested schedule, not a venue package or a guarantee of travel times. It works best on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, when TWiST’s published hours leave room after a morning garden visit.
- 9 a.m.: begin at Naples Botanical Garden. Choose your garden route after checking admission and that day's conditions. Keep the morning focused on the garden rather than setting a target to see every area.
- Around 10:15 a.m.: take a Fogg Café break. Have coffee or breakfast, then continue exploring if you wish. Breakfast service ends at 11 a.m.
- Around 11:30 a.m.: finish the garden portion and head to TWiST. Allow time to leave, travel and park. Browse the gallery and ask about upcoming classes rather than assuming a class is available without booking.
- Around 12:30 p.m.: choose lunch. Check Rebecca's current lunch service, or Celebration Park's operating status and food options. If you already ate at Fogg, finish the outing after the gallery.
On weekends, move the gallery stop earlier because its published closing time is 1 p.m. For an evening version, omit the garden and pair a confirmed arts event with dinner.
What to notice if you might live nearby
A lifestyle visit becomes more useful when you test the routines you actually expect to keep. Would you visit the garden regularly, sign up for a class, meet friends for lunch, or reserve dinner? Select your priorities before choosing a home around them.
Visit from the specific property or community you are considering. Start at its real entrance, travel at the time you expect to go out, and assess the return route. A broad “East Naples” label does not answer how convenient a destination will feel from that address.
Our Naples community map can help you orient nearby communities and destinations. If you are also considering a community with its own amenities, our Isles of Collier Preserve guide provides another lifestyle comparison a few minutes away, and the Naples public parks guide covers the green spaces around the corridor.
For a home purchase, keep the outing and the property review connected: confirm the features of the individual home, its ownership costs, and any rules that matter to your plans. Our Naples flood-zone guide explains another address-specific part of that review.
