The case rests on one address: East Naples Community Park, home of the Naples Pickleball Center (now branded the USOP National Pickleball Center). With 65 courts — 59 standard plus six championship courts, per Collier County — it’s the single largest pickleball facility in one location anywhere, and it hosts the Minto US Open Pickleball Championships every April — a marquee event that drew a record 55,000-plus spectators and roughly 3,750 players in 2026. • Pelican Bay Community Park (North Naples) — the newest hub, opened December 2025 with 20 courts; public and resident play follow the operator’s booking schedule.
• Veterans Community Park (North Naples) — 14 outdoor courts with a relaxed, first-come feel and a leafy setting.
• Fleischmann Park (City of Naples) — convenient in-town courts on the park’s basketball courts; confirm current fees with the city.
• Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park (Northeast) — 6 lit courts, the best public option out toward Golden Gate Estates.
• Greater Naples YMCA — indoor courts for the hottest and rainiest days.
