About Vintage Reserve

Living in Vintage Reserve

Spacious, newer coach homes with two-car garages and brick-paver driveways throughout the enclave.

Vintage Reserve is one of roughly three dozen gated enclaves inside The Vineyards — a 1,400-acre, family-owned golf community in North Naples founded in 1988. Like every neighborhood here, it sits behind the community gates with access to The Vineyards' parks and lakes, and membership in Vineyards Country Club is entirely optional — you buy the home, and decide on the club separately.

What stands out

  • Newer construction (mid-2000s)
  • Brick-paver driveways
  • 2-car garages
  • Generous ~2,000–2,400 sq ft floor plans
About the numbers on this page. HOA dues and price ranges for Vintage Reserve are approximate, drawn from county records and recent MLS summaries — they move with the market and the specific building or floor plan. I'll confirm the exact figures, reserves, and rental rules for any specific Vintage Reserve home before you write an offer.
The club is optional

Golf, spa & racquet — only if you want it

Vineyards Country Club offers two championship 18-hole courses, a 70,000 sq ft clubhouse, a wellness spa, and a racquet center — on a non-equity, optional basis. Because the club is family-owned and debt-free, members face no capital assessments. Owners in Vintage Reserve can join, or skip it entirely.
