Why a buyer’s agent costs you nothing here

The on-site rep at the model home works for Taylor Morrison. I work for you — and on eligible new-construction purchases the builder pays the cooperating buyer-agent commission they’ve already budgeted, so the price is the same whether you bring me or not. The difference is your outcome: which options hold value, how lot premiums compare to resales, a contract review before you sign, and someone walking every milestone inspection. The one catch is timing — I have to be registered at your first model visit, so reach out before you tour.
